               history-
                 jag mandir is a palace built on an island in the lake pichola.the place is located in udaipur city in the state jag mandie with sculpture of eight elephants adorning the entrance and facing the lake palace udaipur.

                         One of the most beautifully constructed palace in udaipur is the garden palace more popularly known as jag mandir .The lake garden palace is situated in the middle of lake pichola.
 The palace is made of yellow sandstone and marble,giving it a pretty look over all with the delicate carvings on many of its structures.

  • the elephant faced by fore carved statues of elephants. On either side at the lake from udaipur
  • The Garden courtyard and the on its northern side.
  • Gul marble the earliest structure before renovation.
