About-  The Gupteshwar Cave is a temple of Lord Shiva.

   The year the tree fell from the dense forest and benefited from the river to the fallen cave in 2 meter elevated lingram stands.

In the last part of the 19th century,a hunter from the ram giri region got a Lingam since then ,the people of koraput have worshiped their lingam and the Gupteshwar temple in Shivratri is crowded with millions of devotees from Orissa,Andhra ,Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.  The presence of natural beauty is one of Korapurt's best picnic places from this during the writer many people come here to Celebrate picnics.
                                                                                                                                                                                         Mythology according to lord Rama's wife Sita and brother were roaming in the jungle with Laxman then saw Lilliam for the first time and later in Gupteshwar poet kailidas described the beauty of Ramgiri Chishli in his famous Meghalaya  where the cave temple was referred to.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   I have a few other caves in the cave,and there are some statues inside the cave which are worshipped in different names.
